    Funny that isn’t her foot and it doesn’t look like Bill’s Whose… she doesn’t have a very big mouth and she isn’t smiling/ Bush and McCain are the only ones I know that can smile out of both sides of their mouth with their foot in it, lying and smiling all the while!
